Trained in the field of Equine Assisted Personal Development under International Equestrian Coach, Chris Irwin, Cheryl now blends her healthcare expertise with her passion for equine assisted learning to assist others in exploring communication with the horse in order to enhance skills needed for self-awareness, personal growth and team building.
In addition, Cheryl has been certified as an equine specialist in the EAGALA Model which uses equine therapy (horse therapy) to address mental health and human development needs. Cheryl has also received the designation as a Certified Trainer by the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A).

and life-long equestrian, has been teaching riding for over 40 years. She has taught equine studies at Wytheville Community College and equine behavior at Virginia Tech.
Pam conducts private riding lessons to students of all ages and a variety of clinics, including the Copper Crest Riding Therapy Program®, and equine assisted leadership development programs.
In addition, Pam has been trained in the EAGALA Model which uses equine therapy (horse therapy) to address mental health and human development needs. Pam has authored two training manuals: "Principle-ly Horses - A Training Manual" and "Life After Hitching - A guide to Training Your Horse to Drive."
